ART FOR YOUR SOUL
NeuroArt

Colouring is often described as “art therapy”, though it is not a substitute for a therapeutic relationship with a trained practitioner. However, many people already use colouring as a form of mental breathing space; a way to slow down, regulate, and process internally.
This project was designed to sit between those two places
By combining structured reflective prompts with hand-drawn colouring pages, the journal encourages both cognitive and intuitive engagement. It provides a guided way for users to externalise thoughts, build awareness, and gently explore their internal state without requiring prior knowledge or access to formal therapy.

It is not intended to replace therapy, but to act as a bridge — making reflective, creative practices more approachable for those who may not otherwise have access.

ORIGINAL DESIGN 2021
